Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress across sites.
2. Site Management & Control
Supervise and guide
Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Foremen

Ensure
proper deployment of manpower, tools, and machinery
at all sites.
Resolve site-level technical, execution, and coordination issues.
Conduct regular
site visits, audits, and review meetings
.
3. Coordination with Departments
Coordinate with
Design / Drawing team
for approvals, revisions, and clarifications.
Liaise with
Production / Factory
for material readiness and dispatch planning.
Coordinate with
Procurement & Stores
for timely material availability.
Work closely with
QA/QC
to maintain quality standards.
4. Cost Control & Budgeting
Monitor
project budgets, BOQs, and cost variance
.
Control wastage of wood, hardware, laminates, and accessories.
Approve site expenses, subcontractor bills, and variations.
Ensure
profitability of projects
through effective cost management.
5. Quality Assurance
Ensure execution as per
approved drawings, specifications, and samples
.
Implement
quality checklists
for carpentry, polishing, installation, and finishing.
Reduce rework, complaints, and punch-list items.
Ensure compliance with
industry standards and company SOPs
.
6. Client & Consultant Management
Act as
primary escalation point
for clients and consultants.
Attend
client meetings, site reviews, and coordination meetings
.
Handle change requests, additional works, and time extensions.
Ensure
high client satisfaction and repeat business
.
7. Safety & Compliance
Ensure implementation of
site safety norms and statutory requirements
.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety audits.
Ensure compliance with
labour laws, site rules, and company policies
.
8. Team Leadership & Development
Lead and motivate multi-location teams.
Conduct performance reviews of project/site staff.
Identify training needs and develop second-line leaders.
Maintain discipline and productivity at sites.
