Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities for commercial interior fit-out projects. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution. Interpret and implement design drawings and specifications accurately on-site. Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare and maintain daily site reports, material records, and progress updates. Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control. Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to avoid delays. Ensure smooth handover of completed work as per project timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience in commercial interior fit-outs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle PMC and clients effectively. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishing details. Strong understanding of project drawings and BOQs. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
