Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Studying and applying technical regulations, construction norms, and electrical equipment operation standards adopted in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In cases where the Client has its own standards and regulations differing from national ones, studying and applying those standards in practice. Resolving technical issues related to assigned projects throughout all stages: design, construction, commissioning, and ramp-up to full operational capacity. Coordinating proposed design solutions with solutions from other project sections. Ensuring compliance of developed designs and technical documentation with applicable standards, technical specifications, regulatory documents, and the design brief. Providing consultations on matters within the specialist's professional competence. Conducting site visits to construction locations when necessary. Holding meetings with the Client to discuss and agree on technical matters when required. Ensuring fulfillment of commitments outlined in the Policy and proper functioning of the management system within the department for assigned tasks, in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 29001 standards.

Basic requirements:

English language proficiency at Intermediate level or above. State norms and regulations for the implementation of power supply projects based on GOST standards related to the Unified System of Design Documentation (ESKD). Business communication skills. Directive, methodological, and regulatory documents related to the design, construction, and operation of facilities. Technical tools used in design and construction. Technical, economic, environmental, and social requirements for the facilities being designed. * Rules and methods for organizing work.
