We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient

Projects

to support our Sales team in handling pre-sales, project coordination, and customer communication activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, proficiency in AutoCAD, and experience in managing techno-commercial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Sales team in preparing quotations, technical offers, and URS (User Requirement Specification) compliance documents.

2. Coordinate with Technical Support and Commercial teams for timely project execution and payment follow-ups.

3. Prepare and modify technical drawings such as room layouts, blister forming (BF) drawings, and carton drawings using AutoCAD.

4. Understand and interpret techno-commercial requirements for project-based sales.

5. Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation for ongoing and completed projects.

6. Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and generate MIS reports for management review.

7. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and project tracking.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.

Knowledge of CRM software and MIS reporting.

Sound understanding of mechanical engineering concepts.

Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
