Projects - Marketing (Power, LAN & Automotive Cables)

Location: Bengaluru, India

Experience: 4-6 years (must be from the cable or wire harness industry)

Qualification: B.Tech About the Role: This role involves driving new product initiatives, managing integrated project plans, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget for customers in Power Cables, LAN Cables, Automotive, EV, and other applications.

Key Responsibilities: ?

Lead delivery of new product launches and updates.

Develop integrated project plans; oversee execution and monitoring.

?Prepare management reports and escalate issues for resolution.

?Estimate budgets and resources; control costs effectively.

?Facilitate teams to achieve KPIs and manage conflicts proactively.

Candidate Profile: ?B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields. ?4-6 years in the cable or wire harness industry, with exposure to Power Cables, LAN, Automotive/EV, or related sectors.

?Preferred experience in cable solutions for power, LAN, automotive, fiber optics, and wire harness applications. ?

Strong project management, planning, and communication skills.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
