Job Description

1.Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products

2.Select and implement tools, fixtures, equipment, and automation solutions

3.Collaborate with R&D and design teams during product development to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFA).

4.Provide day-to-day support to manufacturing operations, resolving process issues quickly

5.Monitor production performance metrics (yield, cycle time, OEE) and implement improvements.

6.Identify and implement lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste, cycle time, and cost.

7.Standardize work instructions and best practices across production lines.

8.Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with quality standards

9.Specify, procure, install, and qualify new machinery, jigs, and fixtures.

10.Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and calibration plans for production equipment.

11.Evaluate and implement automation opportunities to enhance productivity.

12.Maintain & Prepare BOMs / SOPs for all

13. Prepare PFD / EBOM / MBOM /Torque chart

14.Work closely with R&D, production, purchasing, and quality teams to meet new project targets

15.Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturing feasibility.

16.Coordinate with suppliers on tooling, equipment, and process readiness.

17.Drive cost-reduction projects through process innovation and efficiency improvements.

18. Support make-vs-buy analysis and in-house capability evaluations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per month
