This position is responsible for assisting projects for the assigned region. It shall also assist the Business Head in providing direction to the various assignments across the region.
The Key responsibilities of this role would be -
1. Consolidate and track all new product launch activities across markets. This will include review of portfolio grids, Regulatory approvals, Product Literature, Marketing Launch Plan, Sales Force launch plan, etc.
2. Data analysis of the various key data points across the region.
3. Coordination among various internal & external stakeholders.
4. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
5. Planning and preparing presentations.
6. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
7. Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
8. Creation and submission of relevant reports.
9. Leading assigned projects across countries.
10. To generate and keep track of minutes from the key business meetings.
Educational Qualifications: Masters of Business Administration (from premier institutes will be preferred)
Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience
Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical): Strategic, Analytical, Excellent communication skills, Self-Motivated & result oriented
Behavioral Attributes: Adaptability, Problem Solving, Attention to detail
