: Projects Head

Position Overview:

The Projects Head will lead overall project management and operations for turnkey Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and infrastructure projects. This role involves strategic planning, execution oversight, resource allocation, client management, and delivery of projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple PEB and civil turnkey projects from inception to completion. Develop detailed project plans including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate and direct site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors. Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved as per contractual obligations. Monitor project financials, identify cost savings, and optimize resources. Regularly interact with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve conflicts, and address any issues proactively. Implement and enforce project management best practices and safety standards across all sites. Prepare detailed project status reports and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience managing PEB and civil construction projects. Proven experience handling turnkey projects with a value exceeding ?10 crores. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management tools, and industry standards. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage. Proficiency with industry-standard project management software.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
