Titan, a leading company in the finance industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Data Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our data architecture to support our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement data architecture solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices
Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and ensure data integrity and consistency
Design and implement data security and privacy measures
Monitor and optimize database performance and capacity
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data architecture and recommend improvements to existing systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role
Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
Proficient in SQL and database management systems (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Additional Parameters:
Experience in the finance industry is preferred
Knowledge of cloud-based data solutions (e.g. AWS, Azure) is a plus
Certification in data architecture or related field is a plus

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
