Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Process Management:

Handling various aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation to order fulfillment, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing support throughout the sales process.

Data Management:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

Order Processing:

Managing and processing sales orders, coordinating with relevant teams for timely fulfillment.

Report Generation:

Preparing sales reports and presentations for management, providing insights into sales performance and trends.

Coordination:

Working closely with the front-end sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Problem Solving:

Identifying and resolving issues related to the sales process, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Backend Support:

Providing support for sales activities, including administrative tasks, data analysis, and other operational needs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
