About The Job:

• The Senior Digital Content Systems Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality page builds in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), maintaining metadata and tagging standards, ensuring content accuracy and lifecycle compliance, and supporting the evolving digital ecosystem behind our partner experiences.
• In addition to execution, this role acts as a content system steward -- maintaining the structures, metadata quality, and publishing consistency that enable scalable digital experiences and future agent-based navigation.

Essential Job Functions:
AEM Publishing & Digital Production

• Build, edit, and publish pages in AEM using components, templates, and experience fragments.
• Ensure UX fidelity by translating Figma designs accurately into AEM.
• Support multi-site and localized publishing workflows across global site structures (e.g., Japan site).
• Validate pages for layout integrity, responsiveness, and visual standards.

Metadata, Tagging & Asset Management

• Apply accurate metadata and taxonomy structures to assets and pages.
• Maintain tagging quality in AEM and Adobe DAM to support search and personalized content delivery.
• Support publishing and metadata QA for Brightcove videos.
• Ensure content structure and metadata hygiene that enables future agent-based retrieval.

Content Quality, Governance & Troubleshooting

• Identify broken links, component errors, layout inconsistencies, outdated assets, and governance gaps.
• Perform recurring audits to maintain accuracy, compliance, and lifecycle standards.
• Troubleshoot recurring publishing or rendering issues and escalate appropriately.
• Uphold content governance rules and publishing best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with content owners, designers, strategists, and program stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on publishing requirements, metadata expectations, and AEM component usage.
• Support intake discussions by translating content needs into structured publishing tasks.

Future-Readiness & Continuous Improvement

• Act as a content system steward by maintaining the metadata structures, component usage patterns, and publishing consistency required for intelligent partner experiences.
• Support metadata cleanup, tagging improvements, and content consolidation initiatives that strengthen AI retrieval.
• Participate in operational enhancements or automation initiatives.
• Contribute to scalable digital experience practices by maintaining clean, reliable content structures.
• Demonstrate curiosity about interconnected systems (AEM, DAM, Brightcove, analytics) and how structured content supports intelligent retrieval.
• Apply data-driven reasoning to improve publishing quality and content patterns.
• Use analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or similar) to validate performance or identify gaps.
• Apply basic SEO-friendly content structures (titles, descriptions, alt text, metadata).

Required Experience

• 5+ years in AEM publishing, DAM operations, or web production.
• Strong proficiency in AEM (6.5 or Cloud), including components, templates, and workflows.
• Experience with metadata and taxonomy structures.
• Ability to interpret and validate Figma designs.
• Experience with Brightcove or equivalent video platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or similar).
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
