Brief Description about the Project




AIM: Development and implementation of a Technology-driven AMSP (Anti-Microbial Stewardship Program) Steered by Clinicians to Improve Antimicrobial Prescribing, using mixed-method approach. This is an integrated m-heath AMSP intervention program, we hypothesize that an integrated m-health AMSP intervention in the form of a mobile app plus clinician training and capacity building will promote the rationale prescription of AMA and improve patient outcomes in both public and private settings. This is also an attempt to develop an integrated module using technology, laboratory, and hospital information to engage clinicians in AMSP

Preferred Qualifications:

BDS, AYUSH or equivalent degree in a relevant medical or clinical field with MPH (OR) bachelor's degree in computer science, computer application or a related field


Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience working with private or government organization or similar experience. Experienced professionals who have skillsets outlined below can also apply. Freshers may be considered if candidate can demonstrate required aptitude and skill requirements are met.

Roles and Responsibilities:




The candidate should work in the domain of Health Informatics and Medical Research.


The candidate will be responsible for assisting and coordinating app development and maintenance process. Gather needs from the potential user and assist in building a requirements document. To assist and conduct user interviews, group discussions, observations, evaluations, and user feedback. Build data collection forms Training on use of app and data collection forms Co-ordinate with project staff in data collection and data entry. Ensure adherence to protocol, quality control and project timelines. Ensure confidentiality of the proprietary information shared. Handle database related tasks like managing database access, and ensuring data integrity and security Ensure documentation of project related work processes, training material, assigned activities and project completion status. Maintain flexible work schedule (overtime) to complete project delivery. Resolve any work-related issues in coordination with the respective experts. Travel to the project site(s) across India to ensure smooth conduct of the project.
