Job description: * Have strong knowledge about drawing, specification, cost estimates and other required documents for the projects.

Knowledge about the drafting using updated tools such as A-Cad, Revit & spreadsheet etc.,
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, electrical & plumbing services.
Preparing & providing estimates for the projects.
Visit to site to understand site conditions.
Evaluate the OEM/Supplier/distributor/vendor price & prepare the rate analysis for the projects.
Understand the client requirements and implementation of it in the designs, specifications & cost estimates.
Evaluating site quality analysis along with the project managers of the respective sites.
Techno-commercial closure of the projects.
Assisting internal team for the closure of the projects.
