We are looking for a

Project Support

with

Digital Marketing

expertise to oversee client website projects and manage digital ad campaigns. This role bridges communication between clients and the internal team, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, while also running and optimizing online ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead client communication and be the primary point of contact for website development projects. Scope requirements, prepare project timelines, and assign tasks to designers/developers. Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and deadlines. Manage ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn: Campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management. Monitor performance, optimize creatives and bids. Generate client-friendly reports and insights. Coordinate with the Web Developer to handle technical fixes or requests. Conduct project debriefs and suggest improvements for processes. Upsell/cross-sell digital services where relevant.

Required Skills & Experience:

3-6 years of experience in project management within a digital agency or tech company. Strong understanding of web development lifecycle (from design to deployment). Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads). Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills. Familiarity with tools like Asana/Trello, Slack, and reporting dashboards. Ability to multitask across several client accounts.

Nice-to-Haves:

Google Ads or Meta Ads certification. Understanding of SEO and content marketing. Knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio).

KPIs:

100% of projects delivered on time and within scope. Client satisfaction scores/retention rates. Ad campaign ROI (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions). Internal team efficiency and reduced revisions/overruns.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
