They coordinate short-term projects, support Programme Boards by managing agendas and logging actions, issues, and decisions, and provide general administrative support including organizing meetings and building project reports. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets), and the ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the creation and maintenance of project-related documents such as plans, risk registers, and lessons learned reports.
Supporting project boards and capturing meetings' minutes and decisions.
Coordinating short projects or campaigns with project managers.
Using project management software to produce reports and track progress.
Organizing supplier and stakeholder meetings.
Providing ad-hoc support to project teams.
