Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate construction, erection, and installation of solar dryers and polyhouses. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet technical specifications. Conduct site surveys, prepare reports, and share technical feedback with the project team. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues during construction and installation. Train local workers and contractors on assembly, maintenance, and safe operation of systems. Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and material usage at project sites. Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports and checklists. Support after-sales service and maintenance activities at client locations

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in

Agricultural Engineering / Civil / Renewable Energy

or related fields. 1-3 years of experience in field engineering, preferably in

polyhouse, greenhouse, or solar dryer projects

. Strong technical knowledge of GI structures, poly sheets, shade nets, automation systems, and solar drying technology. Good communication skills in

English and regional languages

(Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, or Hindi preferred). Willingness to travel extensively and stay at project sites as required. Ability to work independently and manage site teams effectively. Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
