Oversee day-to-day site operations for solar project installation and commissioning.
Supervise technicians, contractors, and labor teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Ensure all work complies with project drawings, designs, and technical specifications.
Quality & Safety
Maintain strict quality control throughout installation in line with industry standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols for all on-site personnel.
Conduct routine inspections and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
Material Management & Coordination
Coordinate with the Procurement & Logistics Manager to ensure timely availability of materials.
Manage material issuance and maintain accurate stock records at the site.
Provide daily updates on work progress, site challenges, and manpower details to the Project Manager.
Skills & Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
2-5 years of relevant experience
Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, mounting structures, and cabling.
Proficiency in site reporting, MS Office, and basic project documentation.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and manage multiple project sites
