Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate installation of aluminium doors, windows, and related works at project sites. Manage and monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion. Allocate tasks to fabricators, fitters, and helpers, and ensure proper execution as per drawings/specifications. Inspect materials delivered to site and ensure correct usage and minimal wastage. Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and provide updates to the project manager. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines. Handle minor troubleshooting, adjustments, and finishing works at the site.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Diploma/ITI in Civil/Mechanical or related field. 2-5 years of site supervision experience, preferably in aluminium/uPVC doors & windows, glass, or facade works. Knowledge of technical drawings and installation procedures. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel within Ernakulam and nearby project sites.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
