Proficiency

? Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and documentation.

? Knowledge of tools, equipment, materials, or technology used in the project (civil,

electrical, solar, IT, etc. depending on field).

? Basic Digital Literacy - using computers, smartphones, email, internet, and

productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Should be able to easily learn and

apply new technologies quickly as they evolve.

Experience Requirement - 4 - 6 Years

The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day project execution, ensuring

tasks are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

The role involves coordinating with teams, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and

reporting project status to management.

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise and oversee project execution from concept to completion.

? Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and specifications.

? Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams.

? Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with technical standards.

? Ensure adherence to project schedules, scope, and budget..

? Provide guidance, training, and motivation to workers/staff..

? Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance at project sites.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

1. Project Execution - Timely completion of projects as per approved schedule.

2. Budget Control - Resource utilization efficiency, make buffer stock of material

required.

3. Team Supervision - Supervision to work schedules on the all workers

4. Quality Compliance - Adherence workers to meet quality standards as per parties

requirements

5. Safety & Compliance- Number of safety incidents/violations, Audit compliance

score.

6. Stakeholder Communication - Response time to queries/issues Stakeholder

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,642.28 per month
