Job Overview
- Western MEP is seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Supervisor (HVAC) to oversee and manage HVAC project activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in HVAC systems, and the ability to lead teams effectively to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day HVAC installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and maintain quality standards.
- Review and interpret HVAC drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards on-site.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate updates to the management team.
- Manage resource allocation, material planning, and work schedules.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to on-site teams.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and project documents.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and on-site decision-making capability.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, project documentation tools).
- Knowledge of safety protocols and site management best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Male candidate preferred.
- B.E or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HVAC project experience.
