The role includes monitoring progress, resolving onsite issues, managing manpower and materials, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining site documentation and reports. The Project Supervisor supports the Project Manager by providing timely updates, ensuring adherence to timelines, and facilitating the successful and efficient completion of all project activities.
