Supervise ongoing furniture production and site installation work
Coordinate with production, design, and purchase teams for smooth workflow
Ensure all work is completed as per drawings and client specifications
Monitor quality standards of solid wood, plywood, veneer, laminate, and hardware
Plan and track daily activities and manpower at site and factory
Ensure timely delivery and installation of furniture
Solve production or site-related problems efficiently
Maintain material stock and prevent wastage
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
Ensure safety standards are followed at site and workshop
Communicate with clients regarding project status and updates
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing and finishing processes
Good understanding of materials: solid wood, plywood, MDF, veneer, laminate, hardware fittings
Ability to read technical drawings and layouts
Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and carpentry work
Good leadership and team management skills
Effective communication and problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)
