Key responsibilities

Project oversight

: Supervise the entire project lifecycle, including design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Review the work of contractors for quality assurance.

Team management

: Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians, supervisors, and contractors. Delegate tasks, provide technical support, and mentor team members. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Technical and operational duties

: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other trades to integrate HVAC systems with other building systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC design and installation issues. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure performance meets design specifications. Manage inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies.

Client management

: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular project updates. Manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction.

Required skills and qualifications

Btech/Diploma Holder in Mechanical engineer .2-3 year experience into projects .Proven experience in supervising HVAC projects, including expertise in areas like ducting, split, and VRF systems. Excellent leadership,
