. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution, managing manpower, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects related to
office fit-outs, retail rollouts, hotels, and hospitality interiors
.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise day-to-day
civil, interior, and MEP fit-out activities
as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Ensure accurate execution of works including
partitioning, false ceiling, flooring, carpentry, painting, stone/tile works, and finishing
.
Monitor installation of
MEP services
including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and ELV systems.
Coordinate with designers, consultants, and project managers to resolve site-related issues.
Manpower & Resource Management
Plan, deploy, and manage site manpower including
civil masons, carpenters, painters, tile masons, electricians, plumbers, and helpers
.
Allocate work tasks and monitor productivity to meet project timelines.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and daily labor reports.
Quality Control
Ensure workmanship meets
quality standards, drawings, and client expectations
.
Conduct regular inspections and rectify defects/snags.
Ensure proper material handling, storage, and usage to minimize wastage.
Schedule & Coordination
Assist in preparing and tracking
daily and weekly work schedules
.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth material flow.
Support timely completion of milestones as per project plan.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Enforce
site safety practices
, PPE usage, and safety guidelines.
Ensure work is carried out as per statutory and safety norms.
Report and prevent unsafe working conditions.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain
daily progress reports (DPRs)
and site records.
Assist in preparing snag lists, handover documentation, and completion reports.
Coordinate for inspections, mock-ups, and client walkthroughs.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of
interior fit-out construction practices
.
Basic understanding of
MEP coordination in fit-out projects
.
Ability to read and interpret
GFC drawings and shop drawings
.
Excellent
manpower handling and coordination skills
.
Good problem-solving and on-site decision-making ability.
Effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / ITI / B.E. (Civil or equivalent)
preferred.
3 - 5 years
of relevant experience in
fit-out projects
.
Proven experience in
office interiors, retail rollouts, hotels, or hospitality projects
.
Hands-on experience managing mixed trades including civil, carpentry, finishing, and MEP works.
Preferred Attributes:
Willingness to work at multiple project sites.
Ability to work under tight timelines.
