who can oversee multiple client accounts, coordinate with designers, manage deliverables, and ensure smooth execution of social media and digital projects.
This role requires someone who takes ownership, can think strategically, manages people well, and ensures timely and high-quality output for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Project Management
Act as the primary point of contact for multiple clients
Understand client goals, brand voice, and campaign expectations
Plan monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution
Conduct weekly review calls with clients and share progress reports
Team & Workflow Management
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content team to deliver social media assets
Assign tasks, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery
Implement SOPs, checklists, and quality control for all deliverables
Social Media & Content Strategy
Develop social media strategies suited to each client's brand
Monitor trends, competitor activities, and content performance
Ensure brand consistency across posts, reels, stories, ads, and campaigns
Influencer & Campaign Execution
Manage influencer outreach (if required for campaigns)
Track campaign performance and share results with clients
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients
Track performance metrics across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Who Should Apply
1-2 years of experience in
social media management, digital marketing, or project/account management
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects & teams simultaneously
Highly organized, ownership-driven, and process-oriented
Basic understanding of social media tools, content calendars & analytics
Experience working with designers or creative teams is a plus
