Job Description

Site supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all activities on a construction site to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. Act as a crucial link between the workforce and management, coordinating efforts and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Management:

Enforcing health and safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and ensuring all workers adhere to safety protocols.

Project Coordination:

Overseeing daily site activities, managing schedules, and coordinating the work of various teams and subcontractors.

Quality Control:

Ensuring work is completed to the required standards, conducting quality inspections, and addressing any issues or deviations from plans.

Communication:

Maintaining clear and consistent communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.

Problem Solving:

Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on site, escalating to higher management when necessary.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress reports.

Adherence to Regulations:

Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
