We are seeking a responsible, skilled, and proactive

Project/Site Manager

to join our team at

Nirvaana Hills

, a 200+ acre sustainable farmland community nestled amidst forests and hills. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site construction and development activities, coordinate with vendors, manage teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring work progresses as per approved drawings and timelines. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of civil, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping works. Handle daily labor management allocating work, maintaining discipline, and ensuring productivity on-site. Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update the management on milestones and issues. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and environmental guidelines during execution. Verify and manage procurement of materials; maintain stock and consumption records. Coordinate with the design and planning teams for layout approvals and on-site modifications. Manage external agencies and service providers for site utilities, logistics, and infrastructure work. Ensure site cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment. Take full responsibility for site operations from planning to handover.

Requirement:

Bachelor's/Diploma degree

in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of on-site experience

in real estate, infrastructure, or farm/villa development projects. Strong understanding of

construction techniques, materials, and site supervision.

Ability to manage

multiple teams (labor, vendors, contractors)

efficiently. Proficient in reading

technical drawings, BOQs, and site layout plans.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Must be

willing to stay or travel frequently

to the site (approx. 2 hrs. from Gurgaon)

Preferred Traits:

Experience in

eco-friendly or sustainable construction

projects. Knowledge of

local building codes, permits, and safety standards.

Good eye for detail and finish quality. Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable for project outcomes.
