to oversee and manage project site activities at BHEL Ennore. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, hands-on experience in project execution, and excellent team coordination skills. Fluency in

Tamil

Telugu

is mandatory to communicate effectively with the site workforce and local authorities.

Qualifications:

Education:

B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

Minimum

5+ years

in electrical project execution or site management

Languages:

Must be fluent in

Tamil

and

Telugu

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all

electrical project site activities

at BHEL Ennore. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of work. Supervise site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors for timely completion of tasks. Ensure compliance with

BHEL safety standards

, site protocols, and quality norms. Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and material usage records. Handle troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of on-site electrical issues. Monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate for material procurement and ensure availability of resources at the site. Maintain effective communication with the project management office regarding site status.
