Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Project Site Engineer

to oversee the daily operations and technical aspects of construction projects on-site. The ideal candidate will coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with design specifications, standards, and safety regulations. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Resolve any technical issues or site-related challenges promptly. Assist in preparing project documentation including drawings, specifications, and schedules. Manage site labor, materials, and equipment effectively. Conduct site inspections and participate in audits as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. [1-5+] years of experience in a site engineering or similar role (based on level). Strong understanding of construction procedures and project management principles. Proficient in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
