Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in solar MW scale installation and switchyard installation, with a strong focus on project site management, installation coordination, and timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Project Site Management : Manage project sites, including installation, testing, and commissioning of solar MW scale power plants and switchyards.

2.Installation Coordination : Coordinate with installation contractors to ensure timely and quality installation of solar MW scale power plants and switchyards.

3.Documentation Preparation : Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, including installation reports, testing reports, and commissioning reports.

4.Project Execution : Ensure timely execution of projects, including meeting project deadlines and budgets.

5.Quality Control : Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that installation work meets quality standards and industry regulations.

6.Safety Management : Ensure that project sites are safe and compliant with safety regulations and industry standards.

7.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering .

2.2-4 years of experience in solar MW scale installation and switchyard installation .

3.Strong understanding of solar MW scale power plant and switchyard installation .

4.Excellent project management and coordination skills , with the ability to work effectively with installation contractors and cross-functional teams.

5.Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentand meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

1.Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering .

2.Experience with project management software , including MS Project or Primavera.

3.Knowledge of industry regulations and standards,
