Supervise daily activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and standards.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth site execution.
Monitor labor, materials, and equipment to ensure optimal utilization.
Prepare daily progress reports, site logs, and material requisitions.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
Review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
Identify and report site issues, delays, or deviations from plans and recommend corrective measures.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Liaise with vendors, consultants, and clients as needed.
Assist in project documentation, billing verification, and as-built drawings.
