to support site execution activities for high-rise, multistorey, and commercial building projects. The candidate will work under senior engineers and project managers to gain hands-on exposure to construction execution, site coordination, quality control, and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day site execution activities for building projects.
Support senior engineers in implementing structural and architectural drawings at site.
Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and vendors for smooth site operations.
Help in monitoring site progress and maintaining daily work reports.
Assist in checking material quality, reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting works.
Maintain basic records of work executed, material usage, and manpower deployment.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and site discipline.
Report site issues, delays, or technical observations to senior team members.
Key Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts and construction practices.
Knowledge of RCC works, reinforcement, shuttering, and finishing (theoretical or internship exposure).
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
Willingness to learn site execution and coordination activities.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work on-site and adapt to project requirements.
Preferred
Internship or training experience in construction or site execution.
Exposure to commercial or multistorey building projects during academics.
Willingness to travel or work at project sites as required.
