We are seeking a skilled

Site Engineer

with strong experience in

interior fit-outs

to join our project team. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site execution, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with all stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring all interior fit-out works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Review technical drawings, identify discrepancies, and provide practical solutions to resolve issues on site. Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update the project manager on timelines, material requirements, and site constraints. Ensure implementation of safety protocols, site cleanliness, and compliance with company and statutory requirements. Conduct quality checks for carpentry, MEP, gypsum, flooring, painting, and other interior activities. Manage material inspection, storage, and usage to minimize wastage and maintain cost efficiency. Assist in preparing snag lists and ensure timely rectification before project handover.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential). Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out construction processes. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.
