About the role:
The role of Project Manager will be joining our growing global Delivery Team. This role will be responsible for managing our clients, including some of the leading Fortune 500 companies. The incumbent will own the management of multiple projects for a variety of business segments, and industries. We are seeking a professional who will collaborate and has a passion for managing people, projects, and clients. This role involves coming up with creative ideas and with a keen interest in eLearning domain.
Requirements
What you'll do:
Manage execution of high-priority deliverables and content edits
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on LRN's proprietary tools to recommend efficient delivery approaches
Apply project management principles to coordinate and execute tasks
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders (e.g., Program Managers) to fulfill client-specific requirements
Keep clients informed and aligned on milestones and deliverables
Facilitate coordination between Project Managers and task owners
Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
Drive internal process enhancements within the Professional Services team
Recommend improvements to elevate client delivery and project outcomes
Represent client priorities internally and advocate for their requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
What we're looking for:
Strong Project Management capabilities with 3+ years of Project Management experience.
Strong Stakeholder Management and Team Management skills.
Experience in budget management, commercial and customer experience.
Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in English - Speaking, Writing & Comprehension
