Key Responsibilities

Design & Engineering:

Lead the design of HVAC systems, including performing heat load calculations, duct and pipe sizing, and selecting appropriate equipment like chillers, AHUs, and cooling towers.

Technical Documentation:

Prepare and review essential project documents such as design basis, technical specifications, datasheets, material requisitions, and bills of quantities (BOQs).

Project Management:

Oversee complex HVAC projects, from initial concept and design through to installation and commissioning, ensuring they meet performance specifications and client requirements.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and guide junior engineers, provide technical input, and lead project teams to achieve project goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate effectively with other engineering disciplines (process, electrical, civil) and stakeholders (architects, builders) to integrate HVAC solutions into larger projects.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure designs and installed systems comply with relevant industry standards, local regulations, and sustainability goals.

Technical Support:

Provide expert technical support to clients, contractors, and vendors, participate in technical meetings, and resolve complex design issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

Deep understanding of HVAC principles, energy efficiency, and system performance.

Software Proficiency:

Skill in using engineering software for design and analysis, including 2D/3D modeling tools like AutoCAD, S3D, or Navisworks.

Project Lifecycle Knowledge:

Experience across all project phases, including FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction).

Communication Skills:

Strong ability to present complex technical information to clients and lead discussions with various project stakeholders.

Leadership and Mentoring:

Proven ability to lead and develop teams of junior engineers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.68 - ₹65,000.36 per month

Project engineering: 7 years (Preferred)
