Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Project Scheduler

to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules across all phases of execution. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time by coordinating tasks, aligning resources, and proactively addressing delays. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in scheduling tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities

Schedule Development:

Create and manage comprehensive project schedules, including task sequencing, dependencies, and milestone tracking.

Progress Monitoring:

Track actual progress against schedules, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.

Resource Management:

Assist in planning and allocating resources (labor, materials, subcontractors) to optimize project timelines.

Conflict Resolution:

Identify potential schedule conflicts and propose practical solutions to mitigate risks.

Reporting:

Generate and present schedule status reports, including progress updates, risks, and recovery plans, for project managers and stakeholders.

Communication:

Serve as a central point for schedule-related communication with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Software Utilization:

Leverage scheduling tools such as

Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet

to build and update schedules.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:



Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (required) Master's degree in Project Management or Construction Management (good to have)

Experience:



Proven experience as a Project Scheduler in construction, engineering, or related industries

US project/client-facing experience (good to have)


Language Requirement:



Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory

(for client communication, documentation, and reporting)

Technical Skills:



Proficiency in project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheet) Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data analysis Familiarity with construction/project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud)

Certifications (Preferred, not mandatory):



PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI Oracle Primavera P6 Certification AACE International certifications (PSP - Planning & Scheduling Professional)

Soft Skills:



Strong organizational and time-management abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Analytical and problem-solving mindset High attention to detail and accuracy
