Job Description

We are seeking a competent

Project Scheduler

for Civil and Interior projects, having good knowledge in Primavera 6 and MSP.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Project Schedules

: Create detailed project schedules for interior projects, ensuring that all tasks and milestones are captured accurately, and deadlines are met.

Track Project Progress

: Monitor and update project schedules, identifying any delays, changes, or issues that may affect timelines and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Risk Management

: Proactively identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or disruptions.

Resource Allocation:

Ensure proper allocation of resources (labor, materials, equipment) based on the project schedule and needs.

Forecast and Reporting:

Prepare regular progress reports, including critical path analysis, and present them to project managers and senior leadership to facilitate decision-making.

Change Management:

Incorporate changes or modifications into the project schedule as needed, ensuring adjustments are communicated to all stakeholders.

Compliance and Quality Control:

Ensure schedules align with all regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

Qualifications:

Education

: B. Tech.

Experience

: Minimum of 7 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within the interior manufacturing or construction industry.

Proven Skills

: Strong knowledge of project management software Primavera P6 (must), MS Project with proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed schedules.

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with interior project processes and timelines Experience in coordinating large-scale construction or renovation projects.

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
