Job Summary:Responsible for generating sales of building materials through project-based business, developing strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and developers, and ensuring revenue growth by converting specifications into orders.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, project management consultants (PMCs), government departments, and real estate developers.- Generate project leads, track ongoing and upcoming projects, and ensure timely conversion.- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients, architects, and consultants.- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure market penetration for the company's building materials portfolio.- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.- Maintain a pipeline of projects and regularly update CRM or reporting systems.- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics.- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events for business promotion.Qualifications & Skills:- Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing/Civil/Construction background preferred.- 3-8 years of experience in project sales, preferably in building materials (cement, steel, tiles, paints, glass, adhesives, sanitary ware, etc.).- Strong network with architects, builders, and contractors.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to handle long sales cycles and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Self-motivated with a strong result orientation.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Connect Me: 7717759775 (ref:updazz.com)
