Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop relationships
with HNIs, UHNIs, wealth managers, IFAs, brokers, and other key channel partners for lead generation and deal sourcing.
Conduct
in-depth product presentations
, addressing investor queries and highlighting the investment opportunity's ROI, potential, and key differentiators.
Manage the
entire sales funnel
--from prospecting and first meetings to deal closure and post-sales support.
Proactively
source new leads
through outbound calls, events, referrals, and personal networks.
Maintain an
active pipeline of qualified prospects
and ensure regular follow-up to maximize conversions.
Work closely with the marketing team to
execute targeted campaigns
and align messaging with investor interests.
Provide
regular reports and updates
to senior management on lead status, conversions, and market feedback.
Required Skills & Attributes:
Proven experience in
real estate sales, wealth management, or investment products
--minimum 2-3 years preferred.
Excellent communication and
relationship-building skills
; able to engage effectively with HNIs and senior channel partners.
Strong negotiation and
closing abilities
, with a focus on high-ticket investment products.
Sound understanding of
real estate markets
, especially investment opportunities in and around BKC and central Mumbai.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic reporting.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Prior experience working with
HNIs, UHNIs, or luxury real estate segments
is highly valued.
Candidates with excellent
existing relations
with Top Real Estate Brokers & Financial Advisors would be preferred.
Energetic, self-motivated, and
target-driven
professional.
Comfortable with
fieldwork
(client meetings, site visits) and flexible to work extended hours during peak periods.

Suggested Salary Range:
