Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

Develop strategic sales plans for projects, identify new opportunities, and analyze market trends.

Sales Execution:

Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Project Coordination:

Work with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) for seamless project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

Performance Monitoring:

Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.

Leadership:

Lead sales efforts, mentor teams (if applicable), and ensure adherence to sales policies.
Core Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of the sales process and project management principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Data analysis and reporting capabilities. Client relationship management expertise.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
