Position: Business Development Manager - Project Sales

Location: Cochin, Kerala

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our project sales portfolio. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team and work with industry leaders in lighting and design.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and grow sales within the construction industry

Build strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, Contractors, and End Users

Identify new project opportunities and follow through to closure

Represent the company at industry events and client meetings

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline/ BE BTech or Diploma in Engineering

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the construction or allied industries

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly salary: ₹30,000 to ?40,000 (commensurate with experience)
