Job Summary:
The Industrial Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies to drive the growth of Aquaneeta's industrial products and services. This role involves identifying potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the industrial market segment.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
2. Client Acquisition & Retention:
Identify and approach potential clients in industries requiring water treatment solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
3. Revenue Generation:
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
4. Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback from clients to improve products and services.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics.
6. Travel & Site Visits:
Conduct regular visits to customer sites and industrial plants to understand client needs.
Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, in Business, Engineering, or a related field .
Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in water treatment or related industries.
Strong knowledge of industrial sales processes and technical products.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
