Responsibilities



Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Meeting and maintaining good relations with architects and plumbing contractors to get the leads from them. Researching prospects and generating leads. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Managing the sales process through specific software programs. Building and maintaining a CRM database. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Participating in sales team meetings.

Requirements and skills



Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in construction and Manufacturing industry only. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Graduation degree
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
