We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Project Sales Manager to lead high-value sales of lighting controls, home automation, and audio-visual systems to luxury residential, hospitality, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in niche or high-end products and a proven track record of managing consultative sales cycles with architects, consultants, and interior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target high-value residential, hospitality, and corporate projects for lighting, automation, and AV solutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
Engage and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and interior designers.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and detailed proposals.
Negotiate contracts and ensure successful project execution with client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Graduate degree (MBA preferred) with a minimum of 4-7 years of experience in project sales of luxury or niche products.
Strong network in the architecture, interior design, and consultant community.
Proven track record of closing high-value sales in lighting, automation, or AV solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel based on project and client requirements (travel is required).
Age under 40 years.
Compensation & Benefits:
CTC in the pay band of 75,000/- to 125,000/-, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Performance bonus as an extra incentive apart from salary.
No relocation charges provided.
Work Details:
Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
