:Job Title: Product Sales Head - Tile Manufacturing - Mumbai

The Project Sales Head will play a pivotal role in expanding the market share by establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers at builder groups. This individual will be responsible for driving large project sales, engaging with purchase heads and decision-makers to secure high-volume orders, and ensuring the seamless execution of these projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the building materials industry, extensive connections with builder groups, and a proven track record of closing large projects.

Job Responsibility

Project Acquisition & Sales:
o Meet with purchase heads, project managers, and decision-makers within builder groups to present our products and secure large-scale, high-value projects.
o Develop customized proposals and presentations to address client needs and project requirements.
o Close high quantum projects, managing negotiations and ensuring favourable terms for both parties.

Relationship Building & Networking:
o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with builder groups, contractors, developers, and procurement heads to foster continuous business opportunities.
o Leverage industry connections to identify and create new business opportunities within the builder sector.

Project Management & Coordination:
o Oversee the progress of the projects from initial contact through delivery and installation, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
o Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of large projects.
o Provide timely updates and status reports to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth project flow.

Market Insights & Industry Trends:
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to maintain competitive edge.
o Understand the unique needs of builder groups and adapt sales strategies accordingly to close deals.

Negotiation & Contract Management:
o Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and timelines with builder groups to secure profitable deals.

After-Sales Support & Relationship Management:
o Ensure a high level of client satisfaction post-sale by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects.
o Establish trust and maintain strong client relationships for future business and referrals.Key Skills:Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch products and solutions to high-level clients. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Knowledge of tile products, building materials, and project management processes. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Mandatory:

Proven track record of 10+ years in sales, project management, or business development within the building materials industry, specifically with builder groups. Strong experience in closing large-scale projects and dealing with purchase heads, developers, and other decision-makers within builder groups. Established relationships and network within the building and construction industry, particularly with large builder groups, contractors, and developers. Deep understanding of the challenges, requirements, and processes within the builder group sector.
Target Industry: Building Materials/Tiles/Sanitary Wear/Ceramic

Gender: Open

Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience

Job Location: Mumbai, Andheri

Working Days: 6 days
Work Timings: 10am to 7pm

Qualification: Graduate

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per month
