Job Description

We are looking for a Project Sales Executive to drive sales within project-focused environments by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve project sales targets.

Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling and networking.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their project needs.

Presentations & Demonstrations:

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

Proposal & Contract Management:

Prepare, draft, and present proposals and quotes, then negotiate and finalize contracts.

Sales Performance:

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

CRM & Reporting:

Maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) data and provide regular sales reports.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, such as project management and technical teams, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Negotiation:

Strong negotiation and presentation skills to close deals effectively.

Relationship Building:

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Product Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the products or services being sold.

Proactivity & Persistence:

A self-motivated and persistent approach to sales.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.

Education:

Often requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven B2B (business-to-business) sales experience, often within a project-based industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
