Roles and Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and social media platforms.
Visit and
build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants to generate project orders.
Negotiate
pricing and commercial terms with clients to close deals..
Maintain regular
follow-ups
with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and successful project fulfillment.
Work Mode
50% Field Work:
Client visits, site meetings, project discussions
50% Desk Job:
Lead generation, follow-ups, reporting, documentation
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in B2B sales, project sales, or the
construction/architecture industry

Strong
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
Ability to work

with minimal supervision.
