Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop sales opportunities for DCIM, NMS, EMS, IBMS, and energy monitoring solutions
Drive sales of
field devices and hardware
, including:
Intelligent
PDUs
Smart power meters
and energy meters
Temperature, humidity, and environmental sensors
IoT gateways and monitoring devices
Engage with enterprise customers, data center operators, system integrators, and consultants
Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and follow-ups
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets
Solution & Proposal Support
Understand customer requirements related to:
Power monitoring (UPS, PDUs, smart meters)
Cooling and thermal monitoring systems
Environmental sensors (Temperature & Humidity)
Rack, asset, and capacity monitoring
Assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates
Coordinate with internal engineering teams for solution design and optimization
Pre-Sales & Project Coordination
Participate in site visits, surveys, and technical discussions
Support product demonstrations, POCs, and customer presentations
Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution teams
Technical (Preferred)
Basic understanding of
Data Center infrastructure and DCIM concepts
Familiarity with power, cooling, and environmental monitoring systems
Exposure to
SNMP, Modbus, BACnet
is an added advantage
Sales & Soft Skills
Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
Consultative and solution-oriented sales approach
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet timelines
Willingness to travel for client and project engagements
Educational Qualification
Diploma / BE / BTech in Computers, Electrical, Electronics Engineering
MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an added advantage
