As a Project Sales Manager, you'll engage with buyers and influencers in the architectural aluminum fabrication, Builders, Glassdoor Window, Hardware & Sanitaryware etc. Your goal will be to identify new project opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map new projects and understand local competitive landscape, architectural trends, and customer requirements
- make proposals, and negotiate with stakeholders
- Ensure project execution teams have necessary details and access to customer organizations
- Collect payments and secure written testimonials from clients
- Manage client relationships for future business and references
Ideal Candidate:
- Self-confident, good communicator, and strong work ethic
- Must have knowledge of the Architectural Products industry [Should be from Building Material Segment]r
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Basic computing skills (MS Office) and good communication skills
