Key Responsibilities :
A Project Sales Executive for De Interluxe showroom generally has the following duties:
Lead Generation and Sales:
Initiating outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries to identify potential wholesale and retail clients, present suitable interior solutions, and close sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, which includes post-sale engagement and support.
Product Expertise:
Passionately explaining the features and benefits of products and services, such as wall panels, wall papers, louvers, decors, or other interior design elements.
Coordination:
Collaborating with internal sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
Accurately recording customer details, sales information, and preparing daily/monthly call and sales reports, often using a CRM system.
Target Achievement:
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Experience:
Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or showroom sales is often preferred, particularly in the interior design, furnishings, or related industries.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction and negotiation.
Language Proficiency:
Depending on the region, proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., Tamil, Hindi, English, Malayalam in Kerala) may be a requirement.
Technical Skills:
